Partnership Initiation
Formally initiate collaboration by signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to define roles, scope, and mutual commitments.

Step 2: Talent Identification
University nominates candidates → MetaServ evaluates applications → Final interns are shortlisted based on merit and alignment.

Step 3: Internship Agreement
Selected interns receive the roadmap, confirm participation, and sign the NDA and onboarding documents to start their journey.

Step 4: Program Kickoff
